Are you passionate about fitness and want to help others achieve their health and wellness goals? Join our team as a Fitness Membership Sales Associate
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to share our fitness concept and contribute to changing lives for the better. As a Fitness Membership Sales Associate, you will greet potential members with energy and knowledge, provide studio tours, guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout, sell memberships, and participate in marketing and outreach events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and engaging with potential members
- Presenting the Orangetheory concept to interested individuals
- Working at the front desk, including answering phones and assisting members
- Conducting studio tours and selling memberships
- Collaborating with trainers to guide new members through their first workout
- Following up with prospective clients and handling member concerns professionally
- Participating in marketing and outreach initiatives
- Ensuring the studio is clean and organized
- Other duties as assigned
