Join Our Internal Travel Team and Explore the West We're now hiring a full-time Travel Physical Therapist to take on 3-12 month assignments at our outpatient clinics throughout Utah, Idaho, and Montana. You'll receive excellent pay, full benefits, and the opportunity to discover new places, all while delivering exceptional care within the Mountain Land family.

As the physician shortage grows, we're placing physical therapists at the forefront, empowered with advanced tools like diagnostic imaging and AI-enhanced documentation systems. Our internal travel team plays a critical role in helping us maintain exceptional care during times of clinic growth, staff transitions, or seasonal surges in demand.

What Does Your Role Look Like?
  • Treat 10-12 patients/day with 1:1 focus
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Collaborate with expert therapists and sports specialists
  • Adapt quickly to new clinic environments and communities
