Our client, one of the largest producers/manufacturers of Automotive parts in USA is looking for Group leader (Global Supply chain) to work at Buffalo, NY.

Job Title: Group leader (Global Supply chain)

Location: Buffalo NY 14207

Pay Range: $40 - $43 per hour

What's the Job?

As a Global Supply Chain Group Leader , you are responsible for the effective use of personnel, material, and equipment. Participates in the training, developing and evaluating of hourly team members.

Participates in the development of highly effective teams. Leads Global Manufacturing Systems(GMS) processes and serves as resource supporting launch and pilot activities in assigned areas.

Meets or exceeds production cost schedule and maintains quality requirements.

Maintains awareness of quality standards , and communicates department quality goals, and leverages resources to solve quality issues.

Motivates, trains and develops employees to effectively perform their jobs utilizing standardized methods.

Ensure team members receive adequate JIT (job instruction training).

What's Needed?

Highest Completed Education: Require associate and bachelor's degree regardless of experience.

Year of experience: Ideal for a candidate to have manufacturing supervisory assistance. UAW experience is ideal, not required.

Chance for extension? Yes, there is a chance for extension. We do work around holiday schedule

Candidate will manage 20 to 30 leaders .
