As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) within our Community Residential Services for Adults (CRSA), you'll empower individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities to realize their best life.

Direct Support Professionals help those in our care to reach their highest potential, while gaining experience and learning new skills.

Responsibilities

We're Hiring Compassionate Team Members Who:

• Possess a high school diploma or GED
• Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
• Have the ability and willingness to work weekends

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum of six months related work experience OR Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in a degree program in Psychology, Social Work, or related field

Desired skills:

Aspiration to work with autistic, intellectually and developmentally challenged individuals

Prior experience working with individuals with autism, intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred

Effective verbal and written communication skills
