Production Planner/Master Scheduler- Direct Hire

RemX is hiring a Production Planner/Master Scheduler- Direct Hire in Mocksville, NC.
Hours: 7 am- 4 pm or 8 am- 5 pm Monday-Friday
Location: Mocksville, NC 100% onsite
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain master production schedules to support accurate forecasts and customer commitments.
- Oversee demand streams across multiple operations, ensuring dependent and independent demand items are properly managed.
- Partner with planners, schedulers, and operations managers to establish and monitor production priorities.
- Review and approve production changes, ensuring plans align with business objectives and capacity requirements.
- Maintain production accuracy (99%+ scheduling integrity) and monitor adherence to planning/sequencing rules.
- Implement best practices in production planning and supply chain processes to improve efficiency and order fulfillment.
- Support the Sales & Operations Planning (SiOP) process with data-driven insights and analysis.
- Drive compliance with safety and environmental standards, ensuring a safe and productive workplace.
- Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, customers, and leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field. (will consider an associates degree with several years of experience.
- 3-7 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or inventory management within a manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of MRP systems, Bills of Materials, routings, and ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access) and manufacturing software.
- Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- APICS (CPIM, CIRM, or CPM) or NAPM certification preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities.
