Family Medicine Physician (FP)
Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in Fitchburg, Massachusetts.
A historic mill town known for its vibrant arts community, Fitchburg State University, and proximity to beautiful natural areas like Wachusett Mountain. This practice is part of a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides essential primary care to underserved populations in North Central Massachusetts.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: $225,000 and up based on experience
- Sign-On Bonus: $30,000 (paid in installments: $10,000 at sign-on, $10,000 at 6 months, $10,000 at 1 year)
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 (reimbursed)
- Quarterly Quality Incentive Bonus Up to $5,000

- Dental and Vision Insurance (2 plans available)
- Retirement Plan 401(K) with 3% company match, fully vested after 1 year
- NHSC Loan Repayment Program eligibility (may provide up to $75,000 toward student loans)
- Paid Time Off 15 Vacation Days, 5 Personal Days, 5 Sick Days, 2 Health Days
- CME 5 Approved Days Off and $3,500 Annual Allowance
- License, DEA, and Certification Renewal Covered
- Malpractice Insurance Covered
- 10 Paid Holidays
Responsibilities
- Outpatient primary care setting
- Willing to work 5-day, 4-day, or 3-day work week options (up to 36 clinical hours per week)
- Phone-only call rotation
- Average of 22 patients per day
- Full clinical support staff
- No nights or weekends required
- High level of provider autonomy
Requirements
- MD or DO degree required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Clear and active medical license in the State of Massachusetts
- H-1B Visa sponsorship available
- Passion for community-based, patient-centered care
