Job Summary - IT Helpdesk Technician

We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused IT Helpdesk Technician to support our company. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for employees needing technical assistance, helping ensure our sales, warehouse, and distribution teams stay connected and productive. Requirements

Job Requirements

• Provide Level 1-2 support for hardware, software, networking, and mobile devices across multiple branches.

• Respond to helpdesk tickets, phone calls, and walk-up requests; log, prioritize, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

• Troubleshoot POS systems, label printers, handheld scanners, and other technology critical to wholesale and warehouse operations.

• Assist with user onboarding, account setup, password resets, and basic system administration.

• Maintain, configure, and deploy workstations, laptops, and peripheral equipment.

• Support ERP, inventory, and order-management systems used in the plumbing wholesale industry (training provided).

• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors as needed.

• Document procedures, fixes, and FAQs to improve helpdesk efficiency.

• Contribute to ongoing technology projects, upgrades, and system improvements.
