Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for:
  • Assisting in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Working closely with project managers to ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Conducting site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Identifying and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Supporting the procurement process by coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Assisting in post-project evaluations and reporting to ensure continuous improvement.
