Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Description Job Description Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician in Middle River, MD paying $30 to $35 per hour We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of facility and HVAC equipment and systems. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting a variety of equipment, including industrial air compressors, vacuum pumps, and cranes. You will also work closely with engineers to plan and implement new equipment installations. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and maintain facility and HVAC equipment and systems. Monitor and ensure operational status of industrial air compressors, vacuum pumps, and cranes. Perform operational and preventive maintenance procedures on facilities and process equipment. Collaborate with engineers to resolve issues or plan for new equipment installations. Install new facilities and process equipment as needed. Lead and support the training of new technicians. Assist with waste management tasks. Monitor facility and HVAC systems and recommend improvements. Maintain facility data collection requirements and procedures. Identify and address nonconformances and participate in solution development. Deploy the Quality Management System relevant to the scope of work. Ensure all maintenance work adheres to safety standards and specifications, and track work orders to ensure completion within budget. Essential Skills Proficiency in plumbing, facilities maintenance, HVAC systems, and repairs. Commercial facilities maintenance experience. 6 years of experience in a highly regulated manufacturing or production environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in the maintenance and repair of industrial and commercial HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building support equipment. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
