Customer Support Technician
Location: Tallahassee, FL (Hybrid)

Duration: Contract
Rate: DOE

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in customer support or technical assistance roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, workflows, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps for issue tracking, project management, and collaboration.
  • Experience with test automation tools like Selenium for functional and regression testing.
  • Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Balsamiq for designing user interfaces.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks based on customer needs.
