Aritzia is expanding, and with this growth, our Inventory Management team in Retail is evolving too We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join the team that is instrumental in presenting our curated products to inspire our clients. As a Merchandise Inventory Specialist, you will play a key role in managing the flow of merchandise in and out of the store, ensuring smooth operations throughout the retail space. The skills you develop in this position can lead to endless growth opportunities within Aritzia and the retail sector.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Merchandise Inventory Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately and efficiently processing incoming and outgoing shipments from our distribution centers, between stores, and directly to our clients.
  • Strategically organizing products in the back room to maintain optimal stock levels and distribution.
  • Ensuring product displays meet company standards, placing the right products at the right stock levels in the right locations.
  • Facilitating an integrated omni-channel shopping experience by assisting with service management across channels.
  • Supporting the overall operations of the retail space, including assisting with window displays, fitting room management, supplies organization, and technology support.
