An international automotive parts manufacturing company is currently searching for a motivated Accounting Clerk to join their facility to the north of the Delaware, OH area. This is a full-time, direct hire position. Accounting Clerk Responsibilities Include: Handle accounts payable and receivable (AP/AR) functions Participate in preparation for internal and external financial audits and corporate income taxes Manage balance sheet, daily income, invoices, future profit / costs, financial statements, etc. Perform bookkeeping functions such as maintaining financial records, payroll entry, general ledger, etc. Create of accounting reports for upper management Other duties as assigned Accounting Clerk Requirements Include: Bachelor's degree in Accounting required 1 year accounting experience (including internships, co-ops, etc.) is a plus Experience in SAP Experience with general accounting such as accounts payable/receivable (AP/AC) Good computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications and accounting software (QuickBooks, etc.) Strong communication and collaboration ability in a multicultural environment Organizational and time management skills This position is in an office work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
