Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance Analyst will support the business in working together with operations, transportation and supplier resolving product returns on quality related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible of managing the return log file to keep track of the supplier returns
Responsible of managing the Stock check file to keep track of the stock checks request from customers
Responsible of processing supplier returns in a timely manner
Responsible of keeping track and communicating to the team the XX inventory pending to return.
Responsible for managing the inspection flag which helps in identifying defective inventory on the receiving dock.
Responsible of creating MNCs in CQMS
Other tasks related to Quality, as needed.
Competencies: NA

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred but, work experience similar to key responsibilities can be substituted.

Experience:
Work experience in warehousing, quality and similar to key responsibilities preferred.

The manager is looking for a candidate with a bachelor's degree; however, it is not a mandatory requirement. This role is well-suited for someone with strong computer skills, the ability to handle task-level activities efficiently, and a collaborative mindset for working effectively with others.

***Max targeted pay rate is XX22/hourly***

The manager would like to conduct a one-hour in-person interview when he is ready to proceed. This position is a 6-month, onsite role with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
