Core Responsibilities
Project-Specific Duties (InfoPath & SharePoint Workflow Migration)
- Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders in departments such as HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Shipping to document current forms and workflows, including the number of users, integrations, dependencies, and automations.
- Documentation: Create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and clearly document requirements and use cases to be used by the project team.
- Migration Coordination: Collaborate with the Project Manager, Developers, and Quality Assurance to deliver the PowerApps and Power Automate solutions.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Work with the business through UAT to ensure the delivered solutions meet business needs.
- Strategy: Identify opportunities to redesign and automate business processes to achieve better business results.
- Execution:
- Serve as a liaison between divisions/functions and IT on projects and enhancements.
• Create and maintain documentation for business processes, requirements, and functional specifications.
• Support the creation and coordination of test plans, working with the QA/Testing team and end users.
• Communicate systems and procedural changes to end users through excellent written and oral communications.
- Building Capabilities:
- Serve as an expert to support the education and training of end users, working to increase their proficiency and adoption of new solutions.
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of IT processes
- Experience with migration of Microsoft InfoPath Forms to Microsoft PowerApps and SharePoint
- Ability to translate and communicate technical concepts into business language. • Experience with the Microsoft suite of products and SharePoint • Experience with or knowledge of Jira to create stories is a plus.
- Experience with migrations from End-of-Life technologies to new applications and platform environments is a plus.
- Experience with File Server Migrations is a plus.

Business Analyst (File Server Consolidation)

Responsibilities:
Project-Specific Duties (File Server Migration)
- Data & User Identification: Identify all files, folders, and users to be migrated from the existing file server to M365 Cloud Services.
- Documentation: Accurately identify and document the data being stored, processed, and migrated, including data size, number of folders, and other relevant details.
- Application Inventory: Identify and document all applications currently running in the environment to determine what is in scope for migration and what will be out of scope.
- Communication & Coordination: Work with the Project Manager to coordinate downtimes, communicate timelines, and provide adequate communications to the business units being migrated.
- Migration Support: Collaborate with Engineers during the change control process and migration, and with Quality Assurance Analysts to confirm successful data migration and user access.
- Decommissioning: Monitor and verify progress throughout the server decommissioning process.
- Strategy: Determine opportunities to redesign, automate, and standardize business processes to achieve better business results.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Expert understanding of one or more division/functions and their business processes.
- Experience in Data Analysis
- Experience with M365 and SharePoint migration
- Strong understanding of IT processes and the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong team player with a willingness to collaborate.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving/decision-making skills.
- Strong capability to execute tasks required in projects and enhancements.
- Previous experience with Microsoft IT Consulting technologies Services , particularly | Technology SharePoint .
- Experience with Jira is a plus.
