PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Manage your personal training business effectively.
  • Build and nurture an active clientele.
  • Keep an accurate and organized schedule for client appointments and meetings.
  • Market and sell personal training programs to club members through calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Stay informed about all club services, programs, and products.
  • Provide excellent service and hospitality.
  • Conduct fitness assessments and guided workouts for members.
  • Engage with members to enhance their fitness experience.
  • Create and lead personalized training programs for in-person and virtual clients.
  • Maintain a clean and safe gym environment.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development by attending required education sessions.
  • Participate in one-on-one and team meetings with management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current Nationally recognized Personal Training certification or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Certification reimbursement is available for those without current certification.
  • Opportunity to start at an advanced tier based on your education and experience.
  • Current CPR/AED certification (opportunities available for non-certified applicants).
  • A passion for fitness, with ambition and knowledge in the field.
  • Availability to work in-person on weekdays and weekends.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities.
  • Basic computer literacy and technology skills.
  • Positive, energetic, and respectful demeanor.
