Job Description:
Our IT Administrative Services team is seeking an Executive Admin to Support an Executive leaders demanding schedule as well as manage daily administrative operations in support of an entire department. The role will require handling tasks like creating reports, overseeing office activities, organizing meetings, and facilitating communication between executives and stakeholders. This role requires an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, strong organizational and communication skills, and a high degree of experience in administrative support.
- Provide Executive Level Administrative Support which involves High level Calendaring.
- New Hire, Temp, Intern and Contractor Onboarding/Offboarding.
- Strong familiarity w/ Supporting Governance Meetings.
- Door Access Request.
- MyExpense Reports and Reimbursements.
- Coordinating Project Reimagine Interviews.
- Procurement of cellphone/laptop devices.
- Initiating Facilities Requests.
- MYTime Attendance Tracking.
- Compliance Tracking/Follow-Up.
- Coordination, planning and provide onsite support for the Infrastructure Team Meetings.
- Strong Familiarity w/ Zoom and Slack.
