Take the Lead in Emergency Care
Delphi Healthcare is seeking a highly experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve as a solo provider in the Emergency Department at a low-volume hospital in Ogdensburg, NY. If you re confident in your skills, thrive in autonomous roles, and have a strong emergency medicine background, this position offers both professional independence and rewarding compensation.

Position Highlights:

  • Hourly Rate: $115/hour + $15/hour quality bonus

  • Shifts: 12-hour shifts shifts per month

  • Annual Compensation: $200,000 $300,000

  • Patient Volume: 13,000 visits/year (low-volume ED)

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years as a solo APP in an Emergency Department

  • Procedures: Must be proficient in central lines, intubation, and other ED procedures

  • Certifications: Current ATLS, ACLS, PALS, and BLS (AHA only)

  • Location: In-person role at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center, Ogdensburg, NY

  • Diagnose and treat a broad range of acute conditions

  • Order/interpreting labs, imaging, and prescribe treatments

  • Educate patients and support discharge planning
