Summary:We've partnered with a Madison-based contractor in search of an Electrical Project Engineer to join their team In this role you'll support electrical projects from start to finish, combining technical coordination, documentation and hands-on involvement. Responsibilities:Prepare and process submittals, RFIs, and change requests

Document meetings and track action items

Conduct site walks to monitor progress and quality

Assist with schedule development and resource coordination

Maintain procurement logs and track material flows

Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors for timely delivery

Support project closeout with O&M manuals and as-builts

Promote safety and continuous improvement

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)

1+ years of construction/electrical systems experience

Strong organizational and technical skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project a plus

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Detail-oriented and eager to learn
