We are looking for a skilled and dependable Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both MIG and TIG welding and be capable of fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components according to blueprints and specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols accurately.
- Set up and operate welding machines, ensuring correct parameters for each project.
- Inspect finished welds for quality and precision; repair or rework as needed.
- Maintain welding tools and equipment in proper working condition.
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a clean and hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols.
- Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; welding certification preferred.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and work with welding equipment for extended periods.
Work Environment:
- Manufacturing or fabrication setting.
- Use of personal protective equipment (helmet, gloves, etc.) is required.
