WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities
Here's what you can expect on a typical day as a Data Science/Machine Learning Intern :

Advanced Analytics & Predictive Modeling . You bring prior experience to the role of formulating problems, extracting & analyzing data from multiple systems, summarizing critical findings/insights, and developing a compelling visual representation of analyses with actionable recommendations-this will set you up for success on Day 1. You will interact with developers, UX designers, product managers, and senior executives to understand problem domain, project requirements, user experience and demonstrate model performance and its business value.

Own and Manage Projects. You will identify, design, develop, and implement advanced analytical projects.

Limitless Possibilities. You will continue learning and discovering new ways to leverage ADP data to create new products and services and find more insights. You are passionate about learning and applying new techniques within data science that leads to innovation.

Collaboration and Communication. You'll be part of a collaborative team, listening to needs, then finding and sharing solutions. You're comfortable and skilled at presenting to both peers and leadership on your projects and findings.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications
-
You have completed at least 3 years of a 4 year Bachelor's degree or 1 year of a 2 year Master's degree in a quantitative discipline.

Prior experience in Java, C++, SQL; Distributed computing tools such as Apache Hadoop, Apache Hive, or Apache Spark; Oracle, MongoDB; Data visualization tools, such as Tableau, will give you extra comfort in this role to be successful.

Self-Starter. You are high-reaching and unstoppable. You have a can't-stop-won't-stop attitude and an urge to persevere until you get it right.
