Job Title: Maintenance Generalist - 3rd Shift

Job description

This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to the client policies and procedures.

This position is on a rotating schedule. The hours are 6:00pm - 6:00am.

$5000 Sign-on bonus

Job Responsibilities:

General Maintenance positions are responsible for keeping machinery running to maintain continuous production.
• You must be able set up, adjust and break down production line machinery.
• Must be able to perform single phase and 3 phase electrical troubleshooting and repairs on production and plant equipment.
• Perform fabrication and welding job duties as needed.
• Other duties assigned by your supervisor.
• Must be able to learn the client SAP software to make work orders and fill out the daily documentation that is required in the system.
• Position requires reading manuals, diagrams, part lists, blueprint, schematics, and service manuals.
• Must be able to use math as needed to make work related computations for machinery, fluid capacities, etc.
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs. on a daily basis and be able to work on your feet for a period of 12 hours.
• Must be willing to complete all required training for the job.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year mechanic work experience documented in the work history section of the application or be a graduate of an industrial maintenance training program.
• Must have continuous work history of 6 months in the past 12 months.
• Applicant must possess basic computer skills.
• These positions work in a cold, damp to hot environment.
• Standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching are required.
