Factory Location: Dallas, TX

Compensation: $32.50 / hour

Schedule: 5:30am to 4:00pm, Monday - Friday. Flexibility to work holidays and weekends based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • CIL Technician - PM Specialist on injection machinery.
  • Restore machinery to operational status during runtime failures in a collaborative environment.
  • Perform reactive maintenance to address equipment failures by repairing mechanical, electrical, and structural components.
  • Engage in retrofitting and fabrication, execute machine tear down/repair and assembly, and work with PLCs, VFDs, and electric motors.
  • Employ creative problem-solving techniques to identify and implement equipment improvements.
  • Participate in special projects involving equipment upgrades or installations.
  • Collaborate with team members and operators to ensure the daily production schedule is met.
  • Plan, lead, and execute preventative maintenance (PM) according to established schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Foster strong partnerships with team members and vendors through effective communication.
  • Offer support to production operators or team members as needed.
  • Operate a forklift as necessary to complete job duties.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED; further technical training or certifications are preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing setting.
  • Strong sense of urgency in task completion; comfort working in a high-speed production environment.
  • Excellent mechanical and electrical skills; PLC experience is a plus.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; SAP experience preferred.
  • Experience with CMMS or ERP systems is essential; familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
  • Able to work independently or collaboratively, with effective communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to mentor others.
  • Able to lift and handle 50 lbs. as required while performing duties.
  • Comfortable working in awkward postures for extended periods.
  • Must complete an online skills assessment (Ramsay) prior to the onsite interview.
