ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Insurance Account Sales Representative, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You can grow within our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Competitive pay for goal-oriented professionals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Contact and qualify prospects and develop needs-based quotes
  • Follow-up on quotes provided
  • Must have insurance licenses or be willing to obtain,
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Must be goal-oriented
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

  • Our office is located in Dearborn.
  • Our office is open 9:00 - 5:00 .
