Our client is one of the world's leading suppliers of seating for passengers, crews, and helicopters. In this position, you will be responsible for the assembling, addressing, stamping, and shipping of merchandise or material. Responsibilities Support the Shipping Department by ensuring safe transport of deliveries to customers, and/or facilities affiliated with Safran. Transport raw materials, supplies, tools, and finished goods within the facility and between the home facility and local warehouses. Assist the Shipping Department with packaging and staging of deliveries.Driving forklifts. Entering information into the ERP system. Receiving actions, Verifying inventory. Active participation in operational improvement activities. Willing to cross train or transfer to other departments as needed. Other task as needed and flexibility are key. Deliver raw materials, supplies, tools, and finished goods to local facilities. Transport raw materials, supplies, tools, and finished goods within the facility and between the home facility and local warehouses. Skills High school diploma or equivalent, additional training or experience is preferred. Experience: Less than 2 years. Have or be able to attain certification to operate forklift. Computer Skill: Familiar with Windows Operating System and MS Office . Other Skills: Basic knowledge of driving routes, map reading, and staging and freight preparation. Able to load and unload trucks. Understanding of shipping department tools and tool usage (i.E. Power tools). Must be able to pass drug testing and background checking *No CDL Needed*
