Job Description
  • Oversee and manage engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the engineering team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on production and quality standards.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance product development and manufacturing capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards for safety and quality.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and present technical reports and updates to senior leadership.

The Successful Applicant
  • A strong background in engineering within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience managing Engineering teams
  • Proven track record leading product design & development initiatives from start to finish, in timely manners and within budgets
  • Experience with process optimization and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
What's on Offer
  • Base Salary $140,000 - $160,000 Depending on Experience
