Join Our Team as an HVM Electrical Sales Technical Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to enhance our sales team. As an HVM Electrical Sales Technical Specialist, you will drive sales initiatives and provide expert support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales efforts to achieve regional sales objectives.
  • Engage with existing major accounts while developing relationships with new clients.
  • Create compelling customer presentations and ensure accurate and technical proposal pricing.
  • Promote our company’s image through targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Execute monthly area marketing plans and contribute to corporate needs through market research and service assessments.
  • Build public relations to effectively promote sales.
  • Participate actively in trade shows and professional networks.
  • Deliver engaging presentations for the Company’s Training Services.
  • Contribute as a member of the Area Management Committee.
  • Provide innovative ideas for enhancing Sales and Marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE/BSME) or equivalent with no prior experience; or
  • Graduation from an electrical technical school and five years of related experience; or
  • A high school diploma with eight years of relevant work experience.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, with potential overnight travel as needed.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, use hands, and perform various physical tasks.
  • Able to lift/move up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds as needed.
  • Capability to work on construction sites and around electrical equipment.

Travel Requirement:

  • Expect up to 75% travel within the assigned territory.
  • Company provided vehicle for travel.
