What You'll Be Doing
Get ready to energize, educate, and elevate You'll be:
- Launching careers with comprehensive clinical orientation for RNs, LPNs, Nursing Assistants, Social Workers, and Chaplains
- Sparking passion for hospice through dynamic, evidence-based training sessions
- Building confidence with hands-on Curlin Pump training and skills labs
- Creating magic in the classroom with innovative teaching methods that inspire and motivate
- Championing excellence through ELNEC, CHPN, CHPNA, and CPR certification programs
- Breaking barriers to learning by identifying challenges including implementing creative solutions in the classroom; levering technology with computer-based learning modules; and providing comprehensive training through precepting and mentoring
- Making a difference by jumping in to provide direct patient care when your team needs you most
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- 3+ years of nursing experience
- Teaching, education, or compliance experience preferred
- Exceptional assessment and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication that connects and motivates
- Cultural sensitivity and commitment to diversity, equity, and belonging
- Tech-savvy with electronic medical records
- Compassionate heart for terminally ill patients and their families
- Infectious enthusiasm for teaching, learning, and nursing excellence
- Customer service excellence mentality
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (with occasional flexibility for off-shift training)
