Location: Hybrid onsite in Los Angeles
Duration: 7 month contract (W2) with extensions
Required Skills & Experience- 5+ years of experience in account management preferably within an agency or in-house creative team with a focus on social.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and creative best practices.
- Proven experience managing integrated campaigns from concept to execution.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organization skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and collaborate across time zones.
- Experience in retail, fashion, beauty or consumer brand marketing.
- Highly organized, culturally curious with experience managing creative campaigns in fast-moving environments.
- Comfortable navigating both creative conversations and operational details.
- Adept at building trust and driving alignment across multiple teams and partners.

Insight Global is looking for a Creative Account Manager to join our fast?paced and highly collaborative in?house team. This person will act as the strategic link between marketing partners and the creative team. With a focus on Style: Fashion, Beauty and Home, you will oversee our social workstreams for both marketing campaigns and social?first reactive content. Youll help translate marketing goals into bold, platform?native creative ideas that resonate with todays audiences. This role is perfect for a creative?minded problem solver who thrives in culture, understands the social landscape, and can bridge strategy, creative, and execution seamlessly.
Responsibilities- Serve as the main point of contact between business partners, creative leads, and production teams for campaign and trend?based social initiatives.
- Partner with creative directors, strategists, creative project managers and producers to brief, scope, and deliver impactful creative work across social channels.
- Lead end?to?end management of assigned creative workstreams from intake and briefing to delivery and post?launch evaluation.
- Collaborate closely with media, social, and influencer teams to ensure content aligns with cultural trends, platform best practices, and audience insights.
- Advocate for creative excellence and ensure every asset delivers on Walmarts brand voice and visual identity.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring communication, alignment, and trust across teams.
