  • Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, maintenance, and updates (including Map Releases) of Esri software such as ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS
  • Desktop, and ArcGIS Pro.
  • Experience resolving and documenting work on incident tickets in ServiceNow or Jira
