- Work hours are perfect for a family/work-life balance focused physician: Monday-Friday 8-5, with a 1/2 day off for administrative catch up.
- Outpatient Only- All admissions are through the hospitalist team.
- All of their practices are on EMR - either Allscripts Professional or Enterprise. Migrating to EPIC in about a year.
- Outpatient physicians are guaranteed 50th percentile of MGMA for salary for the first two years. Benefits and malpractice insurance are provided
