CNA or Certified HHA – Steady Hours | Weekly Pay | $18–$25/hr

Are you looking for a caregiving position that offers consistency, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team culture? At Concierge Care, we’re actively hiring dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our growing W-2 home care team.

We provide one-on-one, in-home care to clients — and we value the people who make it happen.

Position Benefits:

  • Hourly Pay: $18–$25/hour based on assignment and experience

  • Pay Schedule: Weekly via direct deposit

  • Shift Options: Choose from full-time, part-time, or PRN availability

  • W-2 Position: Receive reliable income with tax withholdings

  • Team Support: Work with a care team that’s responsive and organized

Job Duties Include:

  • Providing personal care, such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing

  • Supporting safe mobility and daily routines

  • Offering companionship and promoting client well-being

  • Performing light housekeeping and basic meal prep

  • Reminding clients about medications and monitoring for changes in condition

Requirements to Apply:

  • Active CNA license or HHA certification from a Florida-approved program

  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in a care-related role

  • Current CPR certification or scheduled renewal

  • Driver’s license and auto insurance

    • Strong communication skills and a dependable, caring approach

  • Ability to pass background and drug screenings (if applicable)
