ABOUT SMALL FORMATS

As a part of our Small Formats team, we ensure every guest enjoys a consistent shopping experience. Our team focuses on product availability, accuracy, and outstanding service while efficiently managing various responsibilities. You'll gain valuable skills in guest service, retail operations, and team collaboration.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and assist guests while managing your tasks without disrupting their experience.
  • Work across all departments to maintain an organized and stocked sales floor.
  • Efficiently push products to the sales floor and assist with merchandise presentation.
  • Manage pricing updates, ensuring promotional signage is accurate.
  • Conduct inventory audits to maintain accuracy and control.
  • Process inbound deliveries to keep stock levels high.
  • Support guest services by managing cashier operations and online orders.
  • Maintain a tidy backroom and conduct regular organization audits.
  • Follow safety procedures while using equipment.
  • Provide a shopping experience that aligns with our values of service and excellence.

Physical Requirements:

  • Accurately handle cash register operations.
  • Capable of climbing ladders and lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
