Job Summary: As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC), you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care during your designated shift. Collaborating with the management team, you will oversee and evaluate nursing care following established policies and procedures, acting as a resource for staff and embodying the organization's values to enhance patient experiences and clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate admission and discharge processes to optimize patient care and throughput.
• Participate in ongoing assessments to enhance the quality of patient services.
• Collaborate with experts and fellow managers to foster teamwork that leads to improved outcomes.
• Champion a patient-first approach and manage service recovery when necessary.
• Contribute to nursing strategy initiatives to boost staff engagement and patient satisfaction, including employee and hourly rounding.
• Assist in interviewing, selecting, and training new team members, and recommend actions for favorable personnel outcomes.
• Assist with staff scheduling in alignment with patient care needs and productivity guidelines.
• Manage supply and equipment inventory efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current licensure as a registered professional nurse in the state of practice or an active compact license.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
