At Charter Foods, a franchisee of top-tier brands in the Food & Beverage industry, we are searching for a Team Shift Leader to collaborate with the Management Team to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company and brand standards. In this role, you will take charge of your shift, lead your team with enthusiasm, and shine in customer interactions.
Your responsibilities will include motivating team members, overseeing inventory, and ensuring financial integrity. Your friendly approach and dedication will guarantee our customers receive safe and delicious food promptly. You will also play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment for both employees and guests.
Essential Requirements:
- At least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, not mandatory.
- Basic computer skills.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Fundamental business math skills and strong analytical abilities.
- Able to supervise and inspire the team while also working alongside them.
- Willingness to perform cleaning tasks, lift and dispose of trash, and maintain a tidy area.
- Capability to clean the restaurant's exterior and parking area.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs during most of the shift.
