Requirements:

What you bring to the table:

  • Supervisory experience in the food service or retail sector, preferably within a quick serve restaurant (QSR).
  • Managers must be at least 18 years old.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to cater to the needs of the restaurant and our customers.
  • Capacity to lift, carry, stack, push, or pull heavy items, and to stand and walk consistently throughout shifts. Ability to navigate compact spaces safely and operate restaurant equipment.

Additional Info:

Shift Manager employees will receive compensation based on skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other applicable factors and will be discussed during the hiring process. The anticipated starting compensation ranges for new hires in this position in various states and jurisdictions are as follows:

  • Salary range: $8.00 to $20.00 per hour for all other geographic areas not listed below
  • State of Maryland: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
  • State of New York: $15.50 to $17.00 per hour
  • New York City: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
  • Cincinnati, OH: $14.00 to $15.00 per hour
  • Toledo, OH: $14.00 to $15.00 per hour
