Your role will be essential in supporting store operations, helping to manage merchandise, fulfilling online customer orders, ensuring a clean and safe work environment, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently load, unload, and move products.
  • Unload merchandise from delivery trucks and sort it into designated areas.
  • Organize and manage products in the backroom.
  • Restock shelves and refresh displays to enhance customer experience.
  • Pick and pack items for online orders accurately.
  • Assist customers in locating products and addressing their inquiries.
  • Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing.
  • Maintain cleanliness of sales floor, restrooms, breakrooms, and parking lot.
  • Execute other duties as assigned to support store operations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs. repeatedly.
  • Willingness to pass a basic background check and drug test (THC Friendly).

The schedule for this position is Friday to Sunday, from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with some flexibility available. The pay rate is $18.50 per hour, and immediate benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, which can be retained after completion of the job.
