In this role, you will:

  • Efficiently multitask and adapt to the dynamic demands of our environment, ensuring timely and effective service.
  • Exceed customer expectations through a blend of ease, empathy, and encouragement, achieving results related to individual and branch goals.
  • Forge new connections and maintain existing ones by engaging customers throughout their loan journey, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Oversee the loan life cycle, including collections activities, while upholding compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Communicate with customers and collaborate with various departments through multiple technological channels, including phone, email, chat, and our in-house systems.
  • Demonstrate a passion for achievement with an internal drive to succeed and a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Effectively educate customers on optional insurance products, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the loans, terms, and available options.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred:

  • Experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service.
  • Bilingual – Spanish.

This position is on-site, located at [insert precise work address]. The work schedule is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours required during the week, which may include Saturdays.
