Hello,

My name is Madhavi, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group . We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking an Engineer, Software Controls for a prominent client of ours. This position is in Westbrook, ME. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Title: Engineer, Software Controls.
Location: Westbrook, ME.
Shift: 2nd shift - 2pm End Time (AM/PM): 11pm
Duration: 06 months likely to extend or convert based on performance and budget.
Pay : $45 - $49/hr

Job Summary:

  • Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's) (Allen Bradley Logix5000 experience preferred)
  • precision measuring equipment, hand, and power tools
  • cGMP and ISO 13485 regulations and practices is desired.
  • Ability to read and troubleshoot existing ladder logic.
  • Human Machine Interfaces (HMI)
  • Motion Control to include Servo Drives, VFD's and Stepper Drives
  • Robots (Staubli and/or Epson experience preferred)
  • Vision Systems (Cognex and/or Keyence experience preferred)
Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree (BS) in engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 3 years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience working in a GMP, FDA, ISO and USDA regulated environment preferred.
