If you enjoy talking with people, are process-oriented, and have the persistence to follow up until the deal is done, this could be the career move for you. Berglund Automotive is looking for driven individuals who want to learn the art of automotive sales and grow with one of Southwest and Central Virginia’s most respected dealership groups.

We’ll provide all the sales and product training you need to succeed — you just bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the motivation to make things happen.

What You’ll Do

  • Connect with customers by phone, text, and in-person to understand their needs

  • Build trust and guide customers through the buying process — no pressure, just great service

  • Learn the steps of our proven sales process and use it every day

  • Follow up with leads and past customers to build long-term relationships

  • Celebrate wins, learn from misses, and always keep improving

What We’re Looking For

  • Friendly, professional, and ready to help people

  • Great listener with strong communication skills

  • Persistent and motivated — you don’t give up easily

  • Organized and process-driven

  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record

What You’ll Get

  • Earning potential: $50,000 to $78,000 or more per year
