Freight and Receiving Associate

Position Purpose: Join our dynamic team as a Freight and Receiving Associate, where your efforts will ensure that the store is fully stocked and ready for customers every day. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, moving materials from the receiving area throughout the store, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
This position may involve operating forklifts, so a strong focus on safety is essential. You will also play a critical role in supporting proper on-hand counts and pricing, ensuring our customers have the best experience possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks.
- Organize and stock products in designated areas within the store.
- Ensure the materials are efficiently moved throughout the store.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries and fulfilling orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.
- Adhere to safety practices while operating any equipment, including forklifts.
