Due to their continued expansion, they are now looking for a Project Manager to lead some of their most exclusive healthcare projects and help them achieve their growth plans.
In this role, you will oversee scheduling, budgeting, and procurement while managing relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. You will represent the company in key meetings, ensure quality and safety standards are met, and play a key role in delivering high-profile healthcare and commercial projects from preconstruction through to completion.
This role would suit a Project Manager from a healthcare construction background who is looking to take the next step in their career and grow within a company that supports long-term career development.
The Role:
- Healthcare / Commercial Construction Project Manager
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources from start to finish
- Coordinate with clients, architects, superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Experience managing healthcare and commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction procedures, including designs and drawings
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skill
- Track record of delivering projects on time while ensuring full AHCA compliance
