Job Summary:
As an Expeditor (Expo) at our Beach Club, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all food items are served accurately, promptly, and in accordance with The Breakers menu specifications. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will need to be quick, organized, and capable of maintaining a calm demeanor. Paying close attention to detail and possessing excellent communication skills, you will collaborate effectively with the culinary and front-of-house teams. Your ability to remain composed and positive under pressure will be essential as you adhere to food safety standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up the expo line, reading micros tickets, and accurately assembling and garnishing plates according to The Breakers specifications.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Expeditor or in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Familiarity with The Breakers menu specifications is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members
- Ability to remain calm, methodical, and positive under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Ensure all food items are served to the correct tables, in accordance with The Breakers menu specifications
- Work quickly and efficiently, maintaining organization and composure in a fast-paced environment
- Pay close attention to detail and communicate clearly with both culinary and front-of-house team members
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations to ensure the safety of both guests and team members
- Set up and maintain the expo line with all necessary items to facilitate efficient food preparation and delivery
- Read and accurately assemble orders based on micros tickets, paying careful attention to customization requirements
- Garnish plates according to The Breakers specifications, ensuring presentation meets high standards
- Collaborate effectively with all team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Maintain a positive attitude and a willingness to assist with any other duties assigned by the management
