Job Description Job Description About Us We are a dedicated clinical research site committed to advancing medicine through high-quality vaccine studies. Our team works closely with sponsors and CROs to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant clinical trials. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Unblinded Vaccine Coordinator to join our clinical research team. In this critical role, you will manage all unblinded study drug activities for vaccine clinical trials, including receipt, preparation, accountability, and documentation. You will work closely with the principal investigator, research nurses, and study staff to ensure accuracy and compliance while maintaining the integrity of the blind. Key Responsibilities Maintain study drug accountability logs and documentation in compliance with protocol and regulatory requirements. Prepare, dispense, and/or oversee vaccine administration per protocol. Coordinate with the study team while preserving the blind for blinded personnel. Monitor vaccine storage conditions, including temperature logs and chain of custody. Train and educate staff on unblinded procedures as required. Communicate with sponsors, CROs, and monitors regarding investigational product management. Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and site SOPs.
