Commercial Roofing Traveling Superintendent
One of the most reputable Commercial Roofing Contractors in the area is looking for a successful Commercial Roofing Traveling Superintendent. The position involves steady travel, company will pay for housing and per-diem on the road. They need someone that can be onsite representation and make sure projects come are done within time and budget requirements.
Commercial Roofing Traveling Superintendent Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and within scope.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Lead and direct the work of other project team members as needed.
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in Supervisory position on Commercial Roofing Projects
- Excellent time management skills.
- Extensive experience in cost controls.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Full medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance
