Pay: $90,000 - $105,000 + Benefits
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Our client is a well-established company in the healthcare equipment sector, known for providing high-quality solutions and exceptional service. With a commitment to efficiency and innovation, they offer a collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth.
They are looking for you, an experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in full-cycle accounting and NetSuite. This is a direct-hire opportunity with room for career advancement.
What You Get to Do:
• Lead the monthly close process and maintain general ledger accuracy
• Manage AP/AR, billing, collections, and invoice payments
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting
• Support audits and assist in process improvements
• Work closely with leadership to enhance accounting workflows and automation
What You Need to Succeed:
• 5+ years of general accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
• Expertise in NetSuite and strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, macros)
• Solid knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
• Experience in process improvement and automation is a plus
