This position loads and unloads small to mid-sized pieces of material handling and construction equipment. Driving is within NC, VA & SC. Typical workday is 8 - 10 hours.
ACT is a leading dealer of material handling and construction equipment. Our driver provides deliveries of equipment to our customers and other branches within North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.

Requirements
  • Must have current CDL (A)
  • Experience using roll-backs
  • Experience with a detached trailer
  • Experience delivering small to mid-size pieces of heavy equipment
  • Ability to follow DOT regulations on tying down and hauling equipment
  • Safety-minded
  • Ability to interact with customers
  • Learn features of our equipment
  • Must be able to lift over 75 lbs.
  • Clean driving record for last 3 years
