As a Part-Time Seasonal Store Support Associate, you will be a key player in our mission to deliver the most delightful shopping experience for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will engage with customers, support sales initiatives, and assist in maintaining the overall store appearance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming guests with a warm, engaging demeanor and addressing their inquiries about the store and merchandise.
  • Working a flexible schedule that includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and key holiday periods such as Thanksgiving and Christmas.
  • Processing guest transactions using Point of Sale (POS) software and efficiently bagging purchases.
  • Staying informed about current sales, promotions, and store policies regarding payments and exchanges.
  • Identifying and addressing security risks and potential theft in the store.
  • Assisting in merchandising tasks, including display preparation, organizing fixtures, and executing price markdowns and transfers.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment that aligns with our mission to create a welcoming shopping space.
  • Upholding Buckle's Code of Ethics and adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Contributing to a positive team atmosphere while providing high-level customer service.
  • Completing special projects and additional tasks as assigned.

This role does not involve supervisory responsibilities, and no prior experience is necessary.

Physical requirements include regularly standing, walking, and using hands for tasks; occasional lifting and maneuvering of items up to 50 lbs; and the ability to navigate a retail environment with a moderate noise level.
