What's in it for you?
- Flexibility: Enjoy the freedom to set your own schedule Work 7 days a week between 8 AM and 8 PM on your terms.
- Compensation: Earn $105 for each completed in-home Health Risk Assessment, which typically takes 45 minutes to an hour. Additionally, receive a daily stipend of $60 and a $25 payment for no-shows.
- Choice of Locations: Select the counties you wish to cover, giving you control over your work area
About the Role:
In this role, you will conduct comprehensive Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage patients. Each assessment goes beyond standard office visits, allowing you to understand patients' health and well-being in detail. By reviewing medical histories and assessing social environments, your insights will significantly enhance the quality of care and address crucial care gaps in one visit.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Board-certified Nurse Practitioner licensed in Ohio
- Minimum of 1 year of NP experience
- Experience in Home Health
