- Navigate clients through digital and self-serve banking alternatives, enhancing their banking experience.
- Assist with customer transactions tailored to traffic patterns at the branch.
- Build new community relationships by reaching out to potential customers and generating appointments.
- Resolve inquiries and issues efficiently, adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.
- Implement risk management practices to maintain the quality of our lending portfolio.
- Make informed credit recommendations aligning with sound credit principles and departmental policies.
- Collaborate as a vital member of a dynamic branch team focused on achieving collective goals.
- Integrate marketing initiatives into customer dialogues to offer strategic insights.
- Organize and manage work to ensure data accuracy and comprehensive completion of tasks.
- Seek innovative ways to enhance and personalize each customer's experience.
- Continuously contribute to improving the overall customer service experience.
- Participate in compliance processes to protect customer assets and maintain privacy.
- Stay informed about the financial services landscape, regulatory requirements, and ethical obligations.
- Recognize suspicious activity linked to money laundering and report it accordingly.
- Complete a variety of tasks within established limits, including handling escalations from colleagues.
- Analyze challenges and determine appropriate next steps.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Possess appropriate lending qualifications and certifications.
- Understanding of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
- Familiarity with retail investments and lending products.
- Experience in financial services is advantageous.
- Proficient in digital tools, social media, and online applications.
- Experience in consultative sales or customer service roles, with a strong dedication to customer engagement.
- Results-oriented with the ability to excel in a team-oriented and consultative sales environment.
- Resourceful and confident in customer interactions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving aptitude with a flexible, creative approach.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and collaborative abilities.
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Salary: $41,714.00 - $65,000.00
Pay Type: Salaried
The salary range may vary depending on location, experience, education, and qualifications, including potential commission structures.
