CNA Responsibilities:
- Provide basic personal care and assist patient in the process of getting ready for daily activities
- Chart visits using the secured digital charting software
- Provide conversation and companionship
- Transfer of patient i.e., bed to chair, bed to commode, chair/commode to bed.
- Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
CNA Requirements:
- Current CNA license in the state of Utah
- Flexible and reliable
- Ability to relate professionally, positively and cooperatively with team members, patients/families and business associates at all levels
- Experience in home health or hospice (preferred).
- A current driver's license, personal transportation and car insurance

Compensation: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
